If I win, how will I be contacted?

Winners are contacted using the details provided during registration. Major prize winners are typically contacted within 24-48 hours by phone, often during a live stream. Be cautious of social media messages claiming you’ve won—these are scams. ELEVEN11 Society never contacts winners via social media.

How do I know I’m in the draw?

After joining, you’ll receive login details and email confirmation of your entries. These can also be checked in your ELEVEN11 Society portal. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

How many entries do members receive?

The ELEVEN11 Society Membership is unique. For example, if you sign up for the Essential-level membership, you’ll receive 1 entry valid for that month. Then, every month you’re a member, they accumulate (6 months as a member = 6 entries). Now, if we generate entries for a giveaway or giveaways in that 6th month, you’ll receive 6 entries for all those draws. Another example: if you’re a TITAN member, in 6 months you’ll have 60 entries into all draws.

Do I need to be a member to enter and win?

No, membership isn’t required to enter and win. However, loyalty members are automatically included in all promotional draws. Previous customers will also receive exclusive VIP offers via email.

How do I know I’m part of a promotion?

How do I update my payment details?

What does “Accumulating Entries” mean?

Entries accumulate based on: The number of months you’ve been an active member. Your highest membership tier at the time of entry generation. Example: 4 months as a Premium member = 16 entries. Month 5 as an Essential member = 5 entries. Month 6 back as a Premium member = 21 total entries.

Downgrade to Essential in the 5th month = 5 entries for that month’s promotion. Upgrade again in the 6th month = 21 cumulative entries. Annual Loyalty Members maintain their tier and entries for the entire billing period.
