2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on 02/19/2025 and concludes at 8:00 pm AEDT on 04/01/2025 (Promotion Period).

All references to time are local in Melbourne, Victoria, unless otherwise stated.

3. Eligibility
Eligible Entrants: Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who:
Are or become paid members of Eleven11 Society during the Promotion Period, or Submit a valid entry via any no-purchase entry method we have made available.

Exclusions:
Directors, management, officers, and employees of Eleven11 Society (and its related companies, agencies, and suppliers), and their immediate families. Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild, parent or step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, or step-sister.

If there is any dispute as to the identity or eligibility of an entrant, we reserve the right to determine the eligibility of the entrant in our sole discretion.

4. How to Enter
Membership-Based Entries

Loyalty Membership: Eligible Entrants who hold a loyalty (recurring) membership with Eleven11 Society automatically receive entries based on their membership tier and the length of time they have continuously held the membership, as outlined in the membership terms.

One-Off Membership:
Eligible Entrants who purchase a one-off membership package (i.e., a non-recurring membership) will automatically receive entries according to the package level purchased, for example:
Starter: 2 entries
Essential: 20 entries
Premium: 100 entries
Titan: 1000 entries

Alternative (No Purchase) Method of Entry: No-purchase entries are permitted or required under relevant law, entrants may obtain entries by following the method described at https://app.youform.com/forms/bwbztdlb. Maximum 1000 entries per person.

Entry Validation:
We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet these Terms & Conditions or are fraudulent, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, or otherwise invalid.

Multiple entries are permitted if collected in accordance with membership or allowed by the no-purchase method. However, automated or bulk entries (including via scripting) are not permitted.

5. Prizes
The prize for this promotion is a Mercedes-AMG GLC 63S Coupe.

The vehicle is automatic, unregistered (unless otherwise stated), and does not include comprehensive insurance, additional accessories, or costs for engineering or state-specific compliance (if required).

Cash Alternative:
The winner of the First Prize may elect to take AUD $100,000 in lieu of the vehicle. Once the cash alternative is chosen, all rights to the vehicle prize are forfeited.

Prize Delivery / Registration
If you win the Mercedes-AMG GLC 63S, we will arrange delivery to an agreed location in Australia or invite you to collect from a nominated location.

Prize registration (including stamp duty, transfer fees, number plates, and compulsory third-party insurance) may be arranged at our discretion, but you remain responsible for providing all required personal information and satisfying any local requirements or modifications needed to register or operate the vehicle in your state or territory.

Queensland Residents: In accordance with the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Rule 2010 (Qld), we will provide a current certificate of roadworthiness, a current written market valuation, a 3-month warranty (from date of handover), and a financing statement under the Personal Property Security Act 2009 if required.

If you cannot register the vehicle in your own name (e.g., licensing restrictions), you may nominate another person to register it on your behalf (subject to our approval).

6. The Draw
Draw Date:
The draw will take place after the conclusion of the promotion and will also be shared on our social media porfiles.

Draw Process:
Winners will be selected randomly (e.g., via an approved electronic drawing system or barrel draw) from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

There is no maximum number of prizes per person, unless otherwise stated.Winner Notification and Publication:

All winners will be announced live (if applicable) and published on our official social media account(s).

Winners will also be contacted via phone and email (where details have been provided) as soon as practicable after the draw.

Unclaimed Prizes / Redraw:
If a winner does not claim or accept their prize by 11:59 PM AEDT 30 days after the winner is announced (or we cannot contact them after reasonable attempts), that winner’s entry will be discarded, and we will conduct a redraw one week later.

Any redraw winner(s) will be notified and published in the same manner as original winners.

Publicity:
By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities (e.g., interviews, photography) at our request and grant permission for us to use their name, likeness, and/or image for marketing without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.Disclaimer Forms: We may require winners to sign releases or disclaimer forms (including for our prize suppliers). If a winner does not sign, their entry may be invalidated, and their prize forfeited.

Disqualification:

Force Majeure:
